Uncontrolled temperature
Controlled ambient: +15ºC to +25ºC
Refrigerated: +2ºC to +8ºC
Frozen: -15ºC to -25ºC
Deep Frozen: -80ºC to -50ºC (Dry Ice)
Cryogenic: Below -150ºC (Liquid Nitrogen)
Wide-Range of Validated Packaging Solutions
Whether you are shipping small individual biological samples or large bulk pharmaceutical pallets, GlobalVita's packaging experts select and provide the adequate validated packaging solutions for your needs.

Passive solutions: From small to extra-large payloads, these solutions maintain extended temperature stability for multiple days through validated thermal insulators materials (such as expanded polystyrene - EPS, and vacuum-insulated panels - VIPs) and coolants (such as gel packs, dry ice and phase change materials - PCMs).

Active solutions: These solutions use a powered plant to maintain the required temperature. Depending on your requirements these can be pallet-sized active containers for air and road transportation or passive solutions transported on Temperature Controlled Vehicles (TCVs).
Advanced Traceability
GlobalVita utilizes state-of-the-art tracking and monitoring solutions so you can have full visibility of your shipment conditions which are available in two types:

Offline Temperature Logger: Access the internal temperature history of your shipment once your shipment is delivered

Live Tracking: Get access to real-time live data about your shipment GPS location and internal temperature while it is in transit and/or after delivery. The full data history is also available once the shipment is delivered.
