  1. In which temperatures can GlobalVita ship my products?
    GlobaVita's logistic
    s services includes the supply of pre-conditioned packaging that cover the following temperature ranges:
         •  Controlled Ambient: +15 to +25ºC
         •  Refrigerated: +2 to +8ºC
         •  Frozen: -15 to -25ºC
         •  Deep Frozen: -50 to -80ºC (Dry Ice)

         •  Cryogenic: Under -150ºC (Liquid Nitrogen)
     

  2. Does GlobalVita deliver my shipments door-to-door?
    Yes, GlobalVita transports you shipments door-to-door. We can also provide door-to-port, port-to-door and port-to-port logistics, however we recommend using our door-to-door service for full temperature control and chain of custody assurance.

     

  3. Does GlobalVita provide the packages or do I need to?
    GlobalVita provides it's own packages and nitrogen dewars (dry shippers) that are provided on a rental-basis during your shipment and must be returned to a GlobalVita facility after delivery.
    We can also transport your own packaging, although we highly recommend using ours for enhanced shipment tracking and temperature control assurance.

     

  4. Can GlobalVita help me relocating my entire laboratory?
    Absolutely, despite of Lab Moves being complex, GlobalVita has a wide experience on relocating entire laboratories (including freezers, incubators and equipment). We will select the adequate packages needed based on an inventory of products and provide appropriate vehicles and staff for the shipment.
     

  5. Can GlobalVita arrange international and domestic shipments?
    Yes, GlobalVita can ship both internationally and domestically. In international shipments GlobalVita takes care of customs clearance and import/export procedings
    .
     

  6. How can I track my shipments?
    All GlobalVita's shipments can be tracked here from any device (laptop, smartphone or tablet).
    You can monitor the GPS location, temperature, humidity and other parameters of your shipment in consignments where GlobalVita's packages were used for transporting your materials.

    or shipments where your packaging was used.
     

  7. Where can I find the tracking number of my shipment?
    The tracking number can be found on the order confimation email sent to you upon shipment booking and on the shipment waybill.
     

  8. From and to how many countries can you transport my products?
    GlobalVita can transport shipments in over 150 countries around the world. The list of countries where we operate is available here.
     

  9. How long will GlobalVita's packages and nitrogen dewars last?
    The temperature holding time of our packages and nitrogen dewars depend on multiple conditions such as room temperature and payload volume. The nitrogen dewars / dry shippers have a temperature holding time of 10 days while the packages supplied for other temperatures can maintain the temperature of your products at the desired level for up 5 days.
     

  10. What documents are required for my shipment?
    For shipments within customs free zones (for example, the European Union) no documentation is required. Outside these regions, a commercial invoice of the materials being shipped is required and further paperwork requirements will depend upon the nature of goods, country of origin, destination and final use. GlobalVita offers dedicated regulatory advisory dependent upon these details.
